Before the year gathers its pace, we pause.

To exhale what lies behind, to inhale what awaits ahead —

and to come home to what aligns us.

14 — 17 may 2026 | northern rivers

the experience.

Resting within the lush rolling hills of the Northern NSW hinterland, this four-day retreat carries us to a place where everything around and within begins to slow.

Each sunrise invites practices of Pilates and meditation. Through invigorating movement, purifying nourishment, cleansing rejuvenation and mindful learnings from breath work and ice bathing, we let our deep essence unfold as time slow down. Each sunset welcomes calming rituals of massage, stretching and sauna to close the day.

At REALIGN, space opens for what truly matters to rise to the surface,

for sustainable habits to take root,

and for direction, clear and true to self, to emerge.

the people and vision behind.

What began in 2023 as the very first citta collective retreat — the one that quietly set everything in motion — returns this January, evolved and more aligned than ever before. REALIGN has grown with us, shaped by the people who have become part of its story.

Curated and hosted by Elaine Koeber, whose roots in movement, wellbeing, and holistic health have guided the vision from the beginning. This retreat marks a full-circle moment. Tracing back to after the seed for citta collective was quietly planted. Elaine spent time on a retreat to manifest and plan the launch, when paths crossed with Tash and Tom of Burbury Whole Foods — private chefs whose vibrant, wholesome cuisine and impeccable care for food left a lasting mark.

It was through the first REALIGN retreat that Benny Berry became part of the journey — his incomparable breath work and ice bath experiences have become an integral, transformative layer of this unique weekend. Shared values and connection bring us now together for the third time.

And we have handpicked our massage therapist Framework by Miranda, coming across from Perth and joining us for this Pilates and wellness retreat in Australia for the first time.

REALIGN is for those seeking to set the tone for the year ahead —

to begin in rhythm with self,

to replace resolutions with sustainable pace and habits,

to reawaken clarity beneath the clutter,

to release what no longer serves,

to make space for joy and connection,

and to return with a grounded sense of who they are becoming.

HILLSIDE CAROOL \\ NSW AUSTRALIA

When we think of escaping into hinterland, we imagine expansive green hills and valleys, the ocean in shimmering distance, an abundance of fresh air, the sunrise bathing expansive farmlands into a golden light and cosy fireplaces to wind down on.

Set on a hill and yet tucked away in the Northern Rivers Hinterland in NSW — Hillside Carool — a former winery, now private sanctuary and our next January's retreat home, has all of this on offer.

It’s the venue’s elevated position, the expansion from a curated garden, pool and spa into rolling meadows and boasting rows of grape vines, that create a feeling of space — perfect to spend slow retreat days at. With a dedicated attention to detail, the owners created a homestead that invites to get cosy, to connect and to venture at the same time.

Hillside Carool invites into a spacious home with a variety of bedrooms, multiple dining and living spaces, bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, ice bath, pool, hot tub, air-con, indoor and outdoor fireplaces.
