PILATES BY ELAINE KOEBER | CITTA COLLECTIVE

Elaine is the founder of citta collective. Being the host and creator of our retreats, as well as the Pilates teacher, Elaine connects the puzzle pieces of over 15 years in Pilates, Physiotherapy, Personal training and wellness retreats.

In her unique classes she cultivates a Pilates experience that allows tuning into our bodies, uncovering and balancing out muscle imbalances, replenishing body awareness and accessing areas that need extra nurture through movement.

Each day of our retreat will be opened with a dynamic Pilates session, focusing on strength through core, glute, leg and arm muscles. We close each day with a restorative Pilates flow to lengthen, stretch and unwind. Experience improved alignment, posture, stability, mobility and deep strength.

All exercises in our classes can be tailored and modified to experience level, pregnancy, injuries and health limitations.

NOURISHMENT BY AMY KLITSCHER | HARVEST & HEAL

With a deeply intentional and restorative approach to food — one that sees nourishment as both medicine and connection — Amy will be our private chef for this long weekend.

As a retreat chef with extensive experience in curating immersive food — and currently deepening her studies in holistic nutrition — Amy’s philosophy is rooted in seasonal, whole-food cooking that supports digestion, energy, and overall vitality. 

For REALIGN, Amy will curate a menu guided by nature’s rhythms, crafted from locally sourced produce, and designed to feel abundant yet considered. To allow the body to discover balance, deep nourishment and a gentle reset, we consciously remove refined sugars, processed foods, and alcohol. Her combination of vibrant whole food cooking and nutritional wisdom will welcome us for refreshing breakfasts, gut healing lunches and candle-lit dinners. 

All meals invite us to slow down, look over Amy's shoulder and quietly celebrate the intention of realignment from the inside out.

BODYWORK BY OUR IN-HOUSE PRACTITIONER

Going on a retreat means regulating the nervous system down, enhancing sense to reawaken and to connect with the bodies deepest level of relaxation. A personal session of body work will be letting each guest indulge into this - we choose between massage, lymphatic drainage or facial release.

Each morning and evening our Pilates session will close with a guided meditation, the most effective way to balance every cell in the body.

Beside this our private sauna, ice bath, hot tub and swimming pool with sun lounges sitting in the expansive calm garden of Hillside Carool. invite in our spare time to restore.

BREATH & ICE BY BENNY BERRY | SOL HOUSE STUDIO

Benny, the co-founder of Sol House Studio, is a certified Wim Hof Method and Oxygen Advantage Instructor. With an extensive knowledge from these methods and his work in emergency situations, he will guide us through a unique breath work and ice bath experience, that will change our relationship to breathing and cold exposure.

This is a deep session of learning, understanding, feeling and exploring on how to utilise oxygen and cold exposure to optimise functions of our body and mind and how to influence stress, fear and deep happiness. Whether you have experienced breath work and ice bathing before or are new to both, this workshop is uncomparable, as Benny creates an incredible safe space, designed to tap into our deeply held emotions that our conscious body often blocks from allowing us to work through.

This is the third time Benny is part of the REALIGN retreat and each time, this is one of the most transformational experiences and favourite parts of the weekend.

Hillside Carool is located in the Hinterland of the Tweed Coast.

Drive from Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airport — 20-25min. 

Drive from Sydney — appr. 8h 45min.

Drive from Brisbane — appr. 2h 

Prior to the retreat, more details on ‘how to get to the retreat’ will be shared via email.

We will also create a whatsapp group to connect all guests. This has proven to be a great way to connect, get to know each other and potentially organise shared rides from the airport.
