PILATES BY ELAINE | CITTA COLLECTIVE

Elaine is the founder of citta collective. Being the host and creator of our retreats, as well as the Pilates teacher, Elaine connects the puzzle pieces of over 12 years in Pilates, Physiotherapy, Personal training and wellness retreats.

In her unique classes she cultivates a Pilates experience that allows tuning into our bodies, uncovering and balancing out muscle imbalances, replenishing body awareness and accessing areas that need extra nurture through movement.

Each day of our retreat will be opened with a dynamic Pilates session, focusing on strength through core, glute, leg and arm muscles. We close each day with a restorative Pilates flow to lengthen, stretch and unwind. Experience improved alignment, posture, stability, mobility and deep strength.

All exercises in our classes can be tailored and modified to experience level, pregnancy, injuries and health limitations.

NOURISHMENT BY TASH & TOM | BURBURY WHOLE FOODS

Tash and Tom, founders of Burbury Whole Foods, embody an approach to cooking rooted in nourishment, wellbeing, sustainability, care and the joy of shared meals.

As private chefs with years of retreat experience, their deep understanding of how food can restore, ground, and inspire comes to life in each meal. Their creations are shaped by the natural world around them, celebrating local produce, highlighting Australian natives, and supporting producers and growers that utilise regenerative forms of agriculture.

For REALIGN, a wholesome, plant-based seasonal menu inspired by Mediterranean and Ayurvedic principles will shape breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While emphasising a cleanse for body and mind — by removing refined sugars, alcohol, and processed foods — we gently support a natural, yet delicious reset.

We cater for dietaries, allergies and pregnancy. Please make any requests upon booking.

MASSAGE BY MIRANDA | FRAMEWORK

Miranda — founder of Framework by Miranda — offers restorative bodywork designed to realign both body and mind. Blending remedial techniques with intuitive touch, her massages focus on nervous system regulation, deep release and balance. An invitation to feel grounded, open, and reset.

Miranda's bodywork feels different. Her science-backed approach, the deep understanding of the body and an all-senses experience, make her treatments high-quality, results-driven and deeply soothing. Framework by Miranda has become the secret place to be in Sydney and Perth — and now she joins us at REALIGN to not only relieve pain and improve mobility, but also develop a stronger connection with our own body’s needs for long-term comfort and vitality.

BREATH & ICE BY BENNY | SOL HOUSE STUDIO

Benny, the co-founder of Sol House Studio, is a certified Wim Hof Method and Oxygen Advantage Instructor. With an extensive knowledge from these methods and his work in emergency situations, he will guide us through a unique breath work and ice bath experience, that will change our relationship to breathing and cold exposure.

This is a deep session of learning, understanding, feeling and exploring on how to utilise oxygen and cold exposure to optimise functions of our body and mind and how to influence stress, fear and deep happiness. Whether you have experienced breath work and ice bathing before or are new to both, this workshop is uncomparable, as Benny creates an incredible safe space, designed to tap into our deeply held emotions that our conscious body often blocks from allowing us to work through.

This is the third time Benny is part of the REALIGN retreat and each time, this is one of the most transformational experiences and favourite parts of the weekend.

Hillside Carool is located in the Hinterland of the Tweed Coast.

Drive from Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airport — 20-25min. 

Drive from Sydney — appr. 8h 45min.

Drive from Brisbane — appr. 2h 

Prior to the retreat, more details on ‘how to get to the retreat’ will be shared via email.

We will also create a whatsapp group to connect all guests. This has proven to be a great way to connect, get to know each other and potentially organise shared rides from the airport.
