In stillness, we receive.
Expect a mindful walk through the nature of the Sapphire Coast as the day awakens. Followed by restorative stretching. Immersed in nature’s fractals, the mind quiets. The noise softens. Clarity returns. We begin to hear our own thoughts again — the type that rise from a deeper place within.
This is not about pushing the body, but listening to it.
Through slower stretch and release practices in the evenings, we tune into our innate wisdom, that deeper knowing connected to self: Where am I holding tension? What am I ready to let go of?
These gentle movement practices are a reset — for our physical and mental landscape. A return to presence and clarity.
All movements can be tailored and modified to health limitations, pregnancy and injuries.

To truly nourish means to slow down, to savour, and to connect — with food, with land, and with presence.
Each morning begins with a simple, seasonal breakfast — a modern take on a continental spread, made with locally adored produce and served in the light-filled dining space at Hillcrest.
Dinners are a celebration of the Sapphire Coast's rich culinary landscape, with one evening by the fire place being the highlight. Across ancient cultures, fire was a sacred place for storytelling, nourishment, and connection. As the sun sets, we gather to shuck oysters, enjoy cheeses, sip local grapes, and honour this timeless ritual with a modern twist. A moment to slow down, savour simplicity, and find joy in community, flavours and warmth.
Teas, fruit, and refreshing sips will be available all weekend.

SAUNA & ICE BATH | SAFIR HOUSE
This weekend is really an invitation to soften into all senses and experience rejuvenation in many ways.
One of them is a devotion to deep restoration. A dive into an ancient tradition, that knew long before research could affirm — the healing properties of contrast therapy. Safir House — a boutique bathhouse grounded in elemental rituals invites us to move between infrared sauna and ice bath. As we are guided between hot and cold, we release tension and reduce inflammation. Our nervous system begins to find a subtle innate rhythm and with that, space opens up — for breath, for presence, for renewal.

As we step away from the digital avalanche, into this retreat and into nature, we trade distraction for presence, autopilot for consciousness and curiosity for intention. This is where the new chapter begins.
From the day of arrival and its personal intention setting, through the talk of habit creation to live a deliberate life on the second day, to the intention setting and observations on the closing day — growth happens when we open ourselves up to it.
This retreat is about breaking the cycle, considering new boundaries, getting intentional. It starts with slowing down and creating the space. In movement, we reawaken body connection. In stillness, clarity will rise. In the nature, we find answers. And in community, we experience support and inspiration.
It’s an opportunity to disconnect from the noise of the world, and reconnect with what matters most — where the old patterns stop, and the new ones begin to emerge. A return to intentional living.
